By when can I expect delivery of my order?
While we will endeavor  to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays due to the restrictions in movement both within India and internationally. Delays are likely to be longer for areas that are sealed as we will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
 

What is the pick-up address?
Your orders will be picked up primarily from our facility at – Omersheen Herbal Remedies, Bari Road. Kathokar Tank – Gaya. Bihar. 823001. Or any of our storage facility (if available) closest to your location.

Our store manager on duty will be handling safe packaging and delivery of your order.

What is the minimum and maximum delivery timeline?
Delivery of your products may take 2 to 14 days depending on your location and delivery service providers’ timeline based on distance between your location and our storage facilities. Apart from this local and natural causes may cause delivery issues. Nevertheless we have the best delivery services working for your delivery.

How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website. 

Do you have self pick-up option ?
You can order your product and select for ‘Self Pick-up’ by yourself or through any other courier agency chosen independently by you. In person you are welcome for self pick-up, for dispatch by a courier agency other than ours, you will have to provide the official details of your courier/courier boy with a personal note in the comment box with e-link of the courier agency and screenshot of your account on their website.. Ex- “I want my order to be picked by XYZ courier (webink), kindly handover my product to the following courier boy- Details..xyz.”  Our store manager will talk to you on phone, verify your order before handing over. After your ‘self –pickup’ option is processed the order then will wait for 2 working days if not picked up then you may be charged the storage fees per day for another 7 working days post which your order will be cancelled and amount will be refunded after minor deductions of regular storage charges.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, we welcome any complaints you may have, with regards to your product, we will initiate a refund process or dispatch a fresh product of the same order to you as per your wish.

How are the items packaged ?
All of our products are bubble wrapped, then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and sent to dispatch area for shipping. Fragile items like Sharbat or glass bottles are given additional layer of bubble wrap. We understand your concern of packaging around your product hence we use the best prevailing packaging and shipping discipline in the Industry.

How can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you can see the tracking number of your product. The same will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you, along with the logistic partner details. In case of any issue or changes you can write to us immediately.
